When should I arrive?
At least 15 minutes early, unless otherwise stated in your event details. Please use common sense, and factor in parking, travel, and depending on the event, time to fill out a waiver form, or time to change beforehand (e.g. swim suit).
How do I know where my session takes place?
Location details will be in your registration email, or on Eventbrite.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Each facility is different. Unless a location is specified on Eventbrite, please enquire at that facility’s guest services desk upon arrival.
Is there parking?
Most sessions have free parking available. Please follow the posted regulations for the facility you will be attending. The University of Calgary does not have free parking available, and All Sport One City participants may take public transit, or pay for parking.
What should I bring?
Comfortable athletic attire and a bottle of water is recommended. Any additional required items are specified on the event listing on Eventbrite.
Is there a waitlist if the session I want is full?
Yes. If a given sport (all sessions) has reached capacity, you will be prompted if you would like to join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email and have a limited time to register.
How do I cancel my session if I can no longer attend?
Just log in to Eventbrite, go to the Tickets page, and locate your order. Click your order to view order details, and then select "Cancel Order" to cancel your registration. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. (See
Is there a waiver I should fill out in advance of event day?
Not all sessions require waivers. All required waivers will be available onsite at check-in on the day of your session. Plan to arrive early enough to fill out this form prior to the published start time.
How will I know if my session is canceled?
If your session is canceled, you will be notified via Eventbrite. This is most likely going to occur if a given session has very low registration numbers, so be sure to tell your friends about All Sport One City on social media!

In the event of a cancellation, we recommend you look for a different session on Eventbrite to register in.
Whom do I contact if I have a question about the session?
It is best to contact the session provider indicated on the event details. You can also reach out to us if needed, at obscured. We’ll have the answer for you!
Who can participate in this event?
Anyone age 18 or older, unless otherwise specified in the activity description on Eventbrite. (For example, some sessions are intended for women only, or specific age groups.)

Most activities are accessible, or can be modified for those with physical disabilities or mobility issues. Email Sport Calgary at if you have any specific concerns. Some sessions may allow teens of age 14+ to join in the sessions with their parents. Check the age requirements on the session details.
How many sessions can I sign up for?
You can sign up for as many sessions as you are able to attend! (You will have to be on the lookout for time/location conflicts if you are registering for multiple sessions; some All Sport One City sessions are occurring concurrently.)
Can I sign up with a friend?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring as many friends as you can. The more the merrier!
Do I have to pre-register or can I just show up on event day?
The only way to guarantee a spot is to register in advance on Eventbrite. (A waiting list is in place on Eventbrite for sessions that are already full.)
I loved my session at All Sport One City! How can I follow-up?
If you enjoy your session, be sure to talk with your instructor afterwards about how you can get involved. Otherwise, take a look at our Partners page, and contact your session provider via their website.
Whom do I contact if I have any other questions?
Email us at obscured.
